Introducing our Quasi Vivo® Advance – QV1200

The Quasi Vivo Advance QV1200 range is our most advanced interconnected cell culture system to date. It is compatible with standard Air-Liquid and Liquid-Liquid interface well plate inserts for maximum flexibility. The chambers offer a variety of different configurations to culture cells under milli-fluidic flow and are ready for real-time microscopy.
KEY BENEFITS
- Portable and easy to use physiological flow system
Allows independent controllable laminar flow of air, gas, or liquid to the apical and basolateral sides. Allowing for multi-organoid models and cell culture with up to 12 interconnected chambers. - Compatible with real-time microscopy
The new Quasi Vivo® Advance is equipped with optical windows on the cell culture chamber’s top and bottom surfaces, idea for real-time high-resolution imaging. - Compatible with most commercially available inserts and models
Compatible with 3D, 2D, submerged, air-liquid or liquid-liquid interface models.
- Compact multi-chamber and modular tray format
Idea for all-in-one multi-tissue/multi-organ modelling, with a small footprint to save incubator space. - No non-specific binding
This new system is made up of inert and biocompatible resin. It does not use Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS); therefore, it is expected to be reliable for pharmacokinetic studies. - Affordable and easy to integrate with standard laboratory equipment.
Quasi Vivo® Advance is inexpensive, unlike most commercial Organ-on-a-Chip systems. It is functional inside standard laboratory incubators, allows real-time fluid sample collection and access to the biological tissue is possible during and at the end of experiments.
